STRATEGI KEBIJAKAN PENINGKATAN KETAHANAN PANGAN DAERAH DI DESA SOAK BATOK KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
The objectives of this study were: (1) to describe the national food security policy that exist in Indonesia, (2) to describe and compare the implementation of national food security policy in Soak Batok, (3) to analyze and formulate a strategy for developing the food security from the aspect of food availbility and accessibility that can be applied in Soak Batok. The study was conducted in Soak Batok Village in Ogan Ilir Regency since it has position as a Prioritas 3 Desa Rawan Pangan from Badan Ketahanan Pangan 2021. The method used in this research was Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). There were 7 national food security policy that exist in Indonesia, Pekarangan Pangan Lestari, Toko Tani Indonesia, Sistem Logistik Pangan Nasional, Panel Harga and Monitoring Stok, Pertanian Keluarga, Lumbung Pangan Masyarakat, Diversifikasi Pangan. Only 3 from 7 policies that had been implemented in Soak Batok Village, there were Pertanian Keluarga, Sistem Logistik Pangan Nasional, and Diversifikasi Pangan. AHP Analysis shows that there were 2 chosen alternative strategies in order to increase the regional food security in village of Soak Batok, the first one was Bantuan Pangan with a priority weight value of 0,247, and the second one was Daya Beli Masyarakat with a priority weight value of 0,201. Based on the results of the AHP, the researcher recommends to policy makers and stakeholders to carry out the program from Badan Ketahanan Pangan such as Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L), Toko Tani Indonesia, and Lumbung Pangan Masyarakat as an effort to increase the food security of farmer household in Desa Soak Batok Village.
