The purpose of this research are: (1) Exploring the existing picture of CSR program for songket preservation by PT PUSRI Palembang, (2) Knows the appropriate indicators for measuring the social impact of the songket preservation CSR program by PT PUSRI Palembang, (3) Analyzed the ratio of social return on investment in songket preservation CSR programs by PT. Pusri Palembang. The method used in this study is the SROI method which is an analytical technique to measure the impact / benefits of a project or program. Based on the presentation on the SROI calculation sub-chapter and the previous discussion on the impact measurement study of the Songket Preservation Program of PT PUSRI Palembang Partner's Ancestral Heritage Songket, The preservation program of songket and jumputan fabric Palembang is a community development program of PT PUSRI Palembang which is provided through a partnership scheme. This program is carried out by providing business capital loan assistance through partnership and coaching programs such as training and participation of various types of exhibitions financed by PT PUSRI Palembang which aims to increase sales of fostered partners and improve skills and knowledge in songket and natural dye-based jumputan fabrics. Projected performance indicators in the Ancestral Heritage Songket program are improving the welfare, skills and knowledge of craftsmen as well as the preservation of culture and traditions in making songkets and jumputan fabrics typical of Palembang City. Based on the calculation of the impact value as a program benefit during the project, a total benefit (impact) of Rp358,000,000 was generated with an NPV value of Rp158,450,000 followed by the calculation of the Social Return On Inventent Ratio in the Ancestral Heritage Songket Preservation Program during 2021, then an SROI ratio of 1,792 was obtained which means that for every 1 Rupiah contributed it will produce an impact in social value up to 1,792x.
