PERBANDINGAN RESPON BEBERAPA VARIETAS PADI (Oryza sativa) TERHADAP CEKAMAN ALUMINIUM
This study was conducted to determine the growth response of some rice varieties to aluminum in the vegetative phase. The research was conducted in the greenhouse agronomy study program, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijawa University in July to August 2019. The research used 16 varieties of rice, namely Inpago 4, Inpago 5, Inpago 8, Inpago 9, Inpago 10, Inpago 12, Rindang 1, Rindang 2, Inpago Unsoed 1, Situ Patengang, Towuti, Batu Tegi, Hawara Bunar, Mahsuri, Inpara 8 and Inpara 9. This study uses water culture method and designed using Factorial RandomIzed Group Design (RAK) system by using 2 treatments namely control treatment and aluminum safety treatment (250ppm). The observed parameters include root length, plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, dry leaf weight, dry stem weight and dry root weight. Diversity analysis using anova test and continued with BNT test 5%. The results showed that out of the 16 varieties of rice that have been tested, hawara bunar varieties have the best tolerant level.
