The research was conducted on oil palm plantations at peat moss land PT. Roempoen Enam Bersaudara, District of Muara Enim, South Sumatra. The study conducted from May until June 2012. Study aimed to evaluate the status of N-total, P-Bray, K-dd, dd-Ca, Mg-dd and soil pH and nutrients of the N, P, K. Ca and Mg plant oil palm at Peat Moss Land. This study is non-experimental. The data was collected using survey method at block location block oil palm trees being planted in 2008, 2009. 2010 and 2011 with three replications. Sample of soil and plant has been performed in Laboratory of Chemistry, Biology and Soil Fertility Soil Science Departement of Agricultural Faculty, Sriwijaya University. Analysis of the total land includes N-. P-Bray 1, K-dd. dd-Ca, Mg-dd and pH as well as N. P, K, Ca and Mg total plant leaf. I he results of this study are factors barrier in soil that affect the growth of palm oil is Ca. Mg and pH soil showed is very low, that while the nutrient status of nutrient ol plants showed that affect the growth of palm oil is deficiency of N. P and K, while Ca and Mg classified high.
