ANALISIS FINANSIAL MESIN PENGGILING PADI DI DESA SUMBER HIDUP KECAMATAN MUARA TELANG, KABUPATEN BANYUASIN

This research was aimed to determine the financial feasibility of using a rice milling unit at Sumber Hidup Village, Muara Telang District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted at Sumber Hidup Village, Muara Telang District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province, from March 2021 to May 2021. Data collection in this study was carried out using a descriptive method. The observed parameters were the calculation of the effective capacity of the machine, milling yield, machine cost analysis and financial analysis. The results of the analysis calculation based on the investment criteria of Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV) and net B/C ratio showed that the investment in this rice milling was financially feasible. The value of Break Even Point (BEP) for each production volume is 1,085.7 kg and for the production price is Rp. 184.83/kg. The Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp. 207,086,402.88 and a net B/C ratio of 2.17
