As time advances, the number of criminal acts that are yet to be specifically regulated by the law increases. One of which is sexual deviation or its more common term, fetish. This study covers more specific problems of this topic; the politics of criminal law on sexual deviance of Kain Jarik, the criminology review of the deviance, as well as its criminal law regulation in the future. This study uses normative method assisted by primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The study concludes that as a policy which respond to the development of human thinking about crime, the criminal law is yet to keep up its regulation to said development. Sexual deviance needs to be regulated by the law as it is a moral violation. Moving forward, this criminal law on sexual deviance is needed to provide legal certainty and protection for society
