Corruption is categorized as an extraordinary crime (Educated Criminal), so it is necessary to have an extraordinary law enforcement method (extra ordinary) as a concrete step in eradicating corruption. , have taken steps at the investigation stage, provided the opportunity for perpetrators to become witnesses of perpetrators who collaborate (justice collaborator). Corruption, how should the regulation and application of Justice Collaborator in the settlement of corruption crimes by the Corruption Eradication Commission in the future? The method used in this research is the empirical legal method. Legal materials obtained from primary data and secondary data will be analyzed by means of qualitative analysis and conclusions will be drawn by inductive means. From the research results, it was found that the justice collaborator arrangements in positive law in Indonesia still did not provide clear and complete arrangements so that the existence of justice collaborators could be responded differently by law enforcers, the formulation does not completely and clearly regulate so in the applicative stage there are differences in views between law enforcement officials in implementing Justice Collaborator. The arrangement for Justice Collaborator in the settlement of Corruption Crimes in the future needs to be regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code or at least regulated in the Corruption Eradication Commission Law as a reference basis or guide for investigators and public prosecutors in implementing justice collaborators.
