PROFIL PASIEN USIA PREMENOPAUSE DENGAN PERDARAHAN UTERUS ABNORMAL DI POLIKLINIK GINEKOLOGI RUMAH SAKIT MOHAMMAD HOESIN PALEMBANG
Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) is defined as a condition a women experiencing excessive bleeding, it is either with or without pathological abnormalities of the uterus which can be associated to structural disorder or systemic disorders. This condition occurs because of a change in the menstrual cycle, volume, frequency and duration of menstruation. The purpose of this study is to determine the profile and the age of premenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding by assessing educational level, matrial status, parity, obesity, and PALM COEIN (polyp, auenomyosis, leiomyoma, malignancy and hyperplasia, coagulopathy, ovulatory disfunction, endometrial, iatrogenic, not yet classified). This is a descriptive cross-sectional research design, using 84 patients from the medical record at the Gynecology clinic in Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang from lst January 2013 - 31st August 2013. The results of this research is patient with premenopausal age, and experiencing abnormal uterine bleeding in junior high school education level gets 31,0%. 60,7% patients are married and 56% patients with primiparous uterine bleeding. Patients who did not have a history of obesity reach 32,1%. Furthermore, the most etiology of abnormal uterine bleeding in premenopausal age caused by the PUA-L as much as 61,9%. The etiology of the most common causes of abnormal uterine bleeding is leiomyoma.
