POTENSI BAKTERI PELARUT FOSFAT DAN MIKORIZA ARBUSKULAR PADA RHIZOSFER BEBERAPA VEGETASI DI LAHAN LEBAK
This research aims to leam the population of phosphate solubilizing bacterial and arbuscular mycorrhiza spores in some vegetation (rubber, citrus, acacia forests, chili, and shrubs) that grow in swampy land during the rainy season. It a also to determines the relationship between available phosphate soil, pH and organic carbon with in population of bacteria phosphate solubilizing bacterial and arbuscular mycorrhiza spores on the swampy land. This research was conducted from January until April 2010. In Rambutan- Parit Village, Subdistrict of North Indralaya, Regency Ogan Ilir Province South Sumatra. Analysis of was at perpormed Laboratory of Soil Fertility, Chemical, and Biology of Soil Departement of, Agriculture Faculty of Sriwijaya University Indralaya. Influence of plant species on population and activities of bacteria and fungi was analized by Anova of Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Results of this research indicate that plant commodities at fresh swamp area (rubber, citrus, acacia forests, chili, and shrubs) influenced the population and activities of bacteria, but not significate with soil Chemical. The most abudant of bacterie was found in chili soil (8,45 log spk g'1 Tanah), while population of fungi was found in rubber soil (252,42 spora g'1).
