PRODUKSI BIOMINERAL MANGAN (Mn) MELALUI FERMENTASI ONGGOK DENGAN Phanerochaete chrysosporium
The purpose of this study was to produce biomineral Manganese (Mn) by fermentation cassava waste with Phanerochaete chrysoporium. Research conducted at the Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya in November 2011. The experiment was conducted using a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. 100 gr cassava waste (control) (P0), 100 gr cassava waste MnSCL + 0.10 % (Pl), 100 gr cassava waste MnSC>4 + 0.30 % (P2), and 100 gr cassava waste MnSC>4 + 0.60 % (P3). The parameters observed include mean crude Protein (PK), Microbial Biomass Product (PBM), yield, and concentration of MnSCTj. The results showed the highest average value of PK was the treatment of Pl (100 gr cassava waste MnS04 + 0.10 %) which is 0.454%, while the average of the highest value lies in the treatment of PBM P0 (100 gr cassava waste) is 92.188% and a Standard deviation of 9.555%, the average yield the highest value found in the P0 treatment (100 gr cassava waste) the Standard deviation of 92.188% and 9.555%, while the average of the highest concentrations of Mn contained in the P3 treatment where its Mn content of 0.170%. The addition of MnSC>4 into fermentation of PK not significantly different in the PBM and yield, while the Mn concentrationweretest numbers are generated vary PO (0.014a), P1 (0.037a), P2 (0.129 ), and P3 (0.170b).
