Swamp tidal lowland has good potential and development prospect, and the one strategic agriculture producter area to support national food security programe. in the management of swamp tidal lowland has obstacless, the main problem is water management. that should be have exactly scheduling operation at tertiery and secondary level for paddy cultivation. reseach location at Reclamation Delta Berbak Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. this research aims to scheduling operation at tertiery and secondary level for paddy cultivation and also for evaluating water table condition for paddy growth. Water table observation does every hour, it's purposing to know amount of water supply that come in and come out from land. water table that in the research area influenced by rain water and river water tidal. according to research result, paddy cultivation needs operation schedule at tertiery and secondary level
