The purpose of this research was to find out the Effect of Bioplus to the Bali Cattle grant with Kumpai Grass Silage. The experiment was conducted at Pen of Animal Husbandry Study Program , Sriwijaya University. It was done diiring 4 periods with 10 days per each period. It started on March and ended April 2014. This research used 4 Bali bulls with age average of 2,5 years old and weight of 148 kg/each. The method that used in this research was Latin Square Design. The feed was consisted of grass silage and also concentrates, pulp out and softened com. The data was analyzed by using variance analysis with Latin square design and it was continued by LSD test. The result showed that bioplus probiotik did not affect the consumption of feed and weight of Bali cattle. On the other hand, it showed that 75g of bioplus probiotik could increase the weight of Bali cattle in the amount of 0,75 kg/tail/day.
