The aim of this research was to study the effect of ammoniation on tea waste and its digestibility on cattle feed ratio (In vitro). It was held on animal feed and nutrition, agriculture faculty, Sriwijaya University. Completely randomized design with 3 treatments and 4 replication were used on this study. Treatments were; tea waste ammoniation (PO), 10% tea waste ammoniation + 90% cattle concentrate (Pl), cattle concentration (P3). Observed parameters were Dry Matter Digestibility, Organic Matter Digestibility and NNH3 concentration The result shows that crude fiber on tea waste were decreasing from 30.82% to 18.03%. However, Dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility and N- NH3 concentration were not different significantly (P>0,05). It is implied that tea waste ammoniation could be used as feed on cattle feed ratio.
