Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pencampuran ampas tahu dan dedak padi yang difermentasi dengan EM-4 sebagai ransum terhadap bobot hidup, persentase bobot karkas, lemak abdomen dan usus ayam broiler. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2011 di Kandang Percobaan Program Studi Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sriwijaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi level penambahan ampas tahu fermentasi dalam ransum memberi hasil yang relatif sama dengan kontrol terhadap bobot hidup, persentase bobot karkas, lemak abdomen dan usus ayam broiler.
