PRODUKSI BIOMINERAL Zn LYSINATE DAN KUALITAS NUTRISINYA
The objective of this study was produce organic feed supplements micro mineral Zn through the fermentation process by Aspergillus niger cassava waste. The research was conducted in October 2011 held at the Laboratory and Nutrition Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya. The research was carried out with four treatments; Po, Pi, P2 and P3, which has four parameters, the study namely: 1) Microbial bjomass, 2) Rendemen, 3) Concentration of Amino Acjds and 4) concentration of Zn. This study showed that control treatment (Po) or without lysine had the lowest value of biomass 83.80 grams, highest value in the treatment of P3 with the addition of lysine as much as 15% of the biomass has a value of 90.14 grams. It be concluded that the showed of addition of Zn will increase the biomass products. Analysjs results show the diversity of the products of fermentation by Aspergillus niger cassava waste with the addition of Zn did not influence (P>0.05) on the rendemen of microbial biomass production. At the highest concentration of amino acid concentration present in a concentration that is lysinate as much as 0.45% the highest value of Zn concentration was 0.72%.
