EVALUASI KECERNAAN IN VITRO RUMPUT KUMPAI (Hymenachne Amplexicaulis) YANG DIFERMENTASI DENGAN WM-4 (Effective Microorganisme 4)
The objectives of this study was to evaluate digestibility as in vitro of Oil Kumpai Grass Fermented with EM-4. This study was held on two stage. First ,fermentation of oil kumpai grass with EM-4. Second analysis digestibility as in vitro of oil kumpai grass fermented in a1 Animal Feed and Nutrition Laboratory Agriculture Faculty of UNSRI. Completely randomized designed with 4 treatment and 3 replication were used on this research. Thetreatments were oil kumpai grass(GO) as control, oil kumpai grass 0,2% EM-4 (Gl), oil kumpai grass 0,3% EM-4 (G2) and oil kumpai grass 0,4% EM-4 (G3) based on dry matter oil kumpai grass. Observed parameters were Dry matter digestibility, Organic matter digestibility and N-amonia. The results show that addition of doses of EM-4 fermentation of oil kumpai grass that affect insignificantly (P>0.05) against the observed parameters DMD, OMD and N-ammonia. But provides enhanced content DMD and OMD at level 0.2% EM-4.
