Traditional markets are markets with activities or transaction processes between sellers and buyers meeting directly to bargain the price of an item/service. Lemabang Traditional Market which is located on Jalan Yos Sudarso is one of the type B traditional markets in Palembang City. The condition of this market is shabby, unhygienic, lacking in air flow and natural ventilation, and less organized. The second floor of the Lemabang Traditional Market is not visited by many buyers so that the goods sold are not selling well. Therefore, the market was redesigned by taking into account the opening and spatial arrangement. Access to services and visitors is distinguished so that it is more organized and there is no accumulation of vehicles on the site. This market is also designed with the concept of a single mass building with different zoning according to the type of activity. The market facade is designed with many openings to maximize natural lighting and ventilation. In addition, the market is also designed with a split system (down 1 meter) to avoid the overflow of street vendors around the market. On the second floor of the market, there are voids to allow more air to flow. This building applies a rigid frame structure system with a space frame roof structure that uses zincalume panels and fiber reinforced plastic materials. The redesigned utility, especially in the wet los area, designed dirty and clean water channels to make it more hygienic
