Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia is focusing on infrastructure development which can be seen from the significant growth of the construction services industry of around 30% over the last three years. To support this program, it is necessary to implement good Occupational Health and Safety in order to avoid accidents or diseases. One of the developments that have been carried out is the Sky House Alam Sutera Apartment, this study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of occupational health and safety management system and what strategies need to be done to reduce the number of work accidents for the realization of security and safety in the work environment on construction projects. This research was using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach that aims to find, prove, and develop the data obtained in the field. There were 8 respondents and the data from filling out the questionnaire was processed using the SPSS 16.0. The results of the study show that the overall implementation of occupational health and safety management system is 89.34% which the assessment criteria meet in accordance with PP No. 50 of 2012
