The objective of this rescarch was to design a portable belt conveyor with inclination angle that can be arranged accordlng to requirement (dynamic). The method used in this research was design, construction, and test. The result showed that dynamic portable belt conveyor was designed could be operated well and had been tested with one of the agricultural products of paddy that was IR-64. Inclination angle of dynamic portable belt conveyor can be adjusted up to 48° with accuracy every 6°. The capacity of paddy transfer by dynamic portable belt conveyor was 0,755 ton/hour. The movement of this machine was flexible, could move forward, backward, shift sideways, and could be rotate up to 360°. The efficiency of paddy transfer by dynamic portable belt conveyor was still high at 24°.
