The first factor, namely composted empty fruit bunches of oil palm K0 = Control (without composted empty fruit bunches of oil palm), K1 = 78 g/plant, K2 = 156 g/plant, K3 = 234 g/plant. The second factor, namely chicken manure P0 = Control (without chicken manure), P1 = 104 g/plant, P2 = 208 g/plant, P3 = 313 g/plant. Parameters observed included leaf length, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of bulbs, bulbs diameter, bulbs fresh weight, plant fresh weight, bulbs dry weight. Based on the results of the study showed that the treatment had a very significant effect on the number of tillers at week 2. The treatment had a significant effect on the number of leaves at weeks 3 and 4, the number of tillers at weeks 3 and 7, fresh weight of bulbs, fresh weight per plant, bulbs wind dry weight.
