KEANEKARAGAMAN MAKROFAUNA TANAH PADA KEBUN KARET TIDAK TERBAKAR DAN TERBAKAR SETELAH 4 TAHUN

This research was conducted in Sriwijaya University rubber plantation, Indralaya from September to November 2019. The purpose of this research is to find out the amount of soil macrofauna, macrofauna diversity and macrofauna evenness as well as soil pH, soil C-organic and soil N-total on Sriwijaya University rubber plantation. This research used an intensive level survey method with the help of a 1:200 scale map with an area of 20 ha. The sample points consisted of 10 points taken using the grid method at each point representing 1 ha. Soil macrofauna collected using hand sorting method with plot system with a plot size of 50 cm x 50 cm with a depth of 30 cm. Soil macrofauna and soil sample collected in two different land condition which is non-burned rubber plantation and burned rubber plantation after 4 years. This research showed that forest has no significant effect on the amount of macrofauna, macrofauna diversity and macrofauna evenness as well as soil pH, soil C-organic and soil N-total.
