Goat Biourin Liquid Fertilizer is one of the organic liquid fertilizers fermented from goat urin and various other mixtures to add nutrients. This study aims to determine the effect of Goat Biourin Liquid Fertilizer on pH, N-Total soil, C-Organic soil, and C/N ratio of the soil. This research was conducted at the Greenhouse and Laboratory of Chemistry, Biology, and Soil Fertility, Department of Soil, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from March to June 2021. This study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design FRD of Factorials consisting of 5 treatments with 2 factors. The first factor was the type of goat biourin which consists of 5 levels, namely P0 (without treatment), P1 (goat biourin), P2 (goat biourin mixed with banana hump) P3 (goat biourin mixed with goat feces) and P4 (goat biourin mixed with EM4). The second factor was the dose of goat biourin liquid fertilizer which consisted of 4 levels, namely D0 (without dose), D1 (100 mL polybag-1), D3 (200 mL polybag-1) and D4 (300 mL polybag-1). The results showed that the goat biourin liquid fertilizer treatment had no significant effect on soil pH, total soil N, soil organic C and soil C/N ratio. Application of Biourin Liquid Fertilizer mixed with banana hump was the best treatment for increasing soil N-Total, C-Organic soil, and soil pH. A dose of 200 mL polybag-1 resulted in the best value for increasing soil pH H2O, N-Total soil and soil C/N ratio, a dose of 100 mL polybag-1 was the best value for soil C-Organic , a dose of 300 mL was the best value for increasing pH KCl .
