RESPON TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica rapa subsp.Chinensis) PADA ULTISOL TERHADAP PUPUK HAYATI
Pakcoy or mustard spoon is a vegetable plant that is widely commercialized. This is supported by a short harvest time and can be grown on various types of planting media so that the cultivation is relatively easy. Planting media that consisted of nutrient-poor soil can also be one of the choices of growing media for pakcoy. However, the addition of nutrients from fertilizer to type of this soil is needed to meet the needs of plant nutrients to grow. The addition of organic matter is also very necessary to adequate nutrient supply for plants and improve soil properties. This research aimed to analyze the effect of biofertilizer bioripah and to obtain the best treatment for the cultivation of pakcoy (Brassica rapa subsp. Chinensis) on Ultisol. This research was carried out in March to May 2021, in the greenhouse of the Department of Land, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir. The material used for this research is pakcoy plant, a biofertilizer from PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The research method used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design with 10 treatments and 3 replications so that there were 30 experimental units, the placement of each treatment on a randomized trial plot. The treatment were bioripah as biofertilizer with 10 level, consisting of P0 = Control (Without Inorganic Fertilizers and Bioripah), P1 = Fertilizer NPK Plant recommendations, P2 = Bioripah applied to seeds, P3 = Bioripah applied to 7 DAP, P4 = Bioripah applied to 7 DAP and 14 DAP, P5 = Bioripah applied to seeds, 7 DAP and 14 DAP, P6 = NPK + Bioripah applied to seeds, P7 = NPK + Bioripah applied to 7 DAP, P8 = NPK + Bioripah applied to 7 DAP and 14 DAP and P9 = NPK + Bioripah applied to Seeds, 7 DAP and 14 DAP. The result of this research on the application of fertilizers to the growth of pakcoy plants on Ultisol obtained the best treatment, it was the NPK application and 2 times application of bioripah 7 DAP and 14 DAP (P8) which had a difference about 22,26 g of wet weight to the control (P0) and the plant height had a difference about 3,34 cm to the control (P0) then the leaf area has a difference about 206,92 cm2 to the control treatment (P0).
