STRATEGI GERAKAN SOSIAL GLOBAL MELALUI 16HAKTP DI INDONESIA
Gender Based Violence (GBV) is violence directed at individuals or groups on the basis of their gender. Gender-based violence and violence against women are two terms that are often used interchangeably, as most violence against women is perpetrated (by men) for gender-based reasons, and gender-based violence affects women disproportionately. The 16 Days of Activism movement campaign is held annually from November 25 (International Day Against Violence Against Women) to December 10 (International Human Rights Day). This research looks at the strategy of global social movements through the 16HAKTP campaign in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through the strategic concept of social movement which sees that social movements will move from the basis of issues, the chosen arena in the struggle of social movements, as well as the tactics used to fight for the goals of the achieved movement. The tactics themselves will be reduced to three elements, namely mutual concern, targets, and real action. Through the use of this concept, the answers to this research question are obtained.
