This research aims to analyze the performance of the expenditure budget of Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu of Palembang City for 2018 - 2020 seen from five measurement indicators, namely Analysis of Expenditure Variance, Analysis of Expenditure Growth, Analysis of Expenditure Compatibility, Analysis of Expenditure Efficiency Ratio, and Analysis of Expenditure Effectiveness Ratio. This analysis is appropriate to use because it can measure the use of the budget in an economical, effective, and efficient manner. The method used is a mixed method. The data used is the Budget Realization Report obtained directly from Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu of Palembang City. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the performance of the expenditure budget of Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu of Palembang City is good, this is evidenced by: (1) the results of the analysis of the expenditure variance are under spending which is good; (2) the results of the analysis of expenditure growth are positive which is good; (3) the results of the analysis of expenditure compatibility are compatible which is good; (4) the results of the analysis expenditure efficiency ratio are efficient which is good; however, (5) the results of the analysis of the expenditure effectiveness ratio are less effective which are not good. Overall, the performance of Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu of Palembang City’s expenditure budget for 2018-2020 has been good. The suggestion in this study is that Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu of Palembang City should optimize budget planning so that the absorption of the budget can be in accordance with the target and effectively.
