KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA PASIEN BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL KESEHATAN KELAS III DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM PUSAT DR. MOHAMMAD HOESIN KOTA PALEMBANG
The research is motivated by the desire of the community for quality health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service for BPJS Health Class III Patients at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang City. The theory used in this study is service quality theory according to Vincent Gaspersz which consists of ten dimensions; timeliness, accuracy, politeness, responsibility, completeness, convenience, variety, personal service, comfort, and supporting attributes. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques with questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents of BPJS Health Patients Class III at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang City. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service for BPJS Health Class III Patients at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang City is categorized as good service and accordance based on patient needs. In this study, the authors also provide advice to the RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang City in order to maintain and improve the performance that has been achieved and to always innovate the services.
