Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of corporate responsibility to society and the environment. The Palembang City Corporate Social Responsibility Forum is a form of collaboration between the government and companies so that the distribution of corporate responsibility funds can run well and in accordance with what is expected. For that we need good collaboration from all parties involved in this case the company, government and society and the environment as the subject. This study aims to determine how the Collaborative Governance process that occurs in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in Palembang City. This type of research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive study that examines data from interviews and direct observations to program locations supported by primary and secondary data from BAPPEDA LITBANG Palembang City. The analysis in this study was conducted by looking at four variables that influence the success of Collaborative Governance, namely initial conditions, Institutional Design, Leadership and collaborative processes. After the research was conducted, it can be seen that the Collaborative Governance process in the Corporate Social Responsibility program in Palembang City has been going quite well but there are still some things that need to be addressed so that it can be even better.
