The background of this research is the covid-19 pandemic which requires the adaptation of new normal habits. As an appeal to regulate the pattern and behavior of employees in the era of adapting to new norms in the work area of the Musi Banyuasin Regional Inspectorate, a regulation was made as outlined in the Circular of the Inspectorate of the Regional Inspectorate of the Musi Banyuasin Regency No. 800/1303/ITDA/2020.This study used a qualitative descriptive method to describe how the implementation of the Circular of the Regional Inspectorate of Musi Banyuasin Regency No. 800/1303/ITDA/2020 Concerning Warning and Full Precautions for the Spread of Covid-19 in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The results showed that in dimension 1) the level of bureaucratic compliance with the bureaucracy above it in the Implementation of the Circular Letter of the Head of the Government Inspectorate of the Musi Banyuasin Regency concerning the Warning and Full Vigilance of the Spread of Covid-19 in Musi Banyuasin Regency, has been successfully implemented, the form of compliance is in addition to the implementation of the Circular. The Regional Inspectorate of Musi Banyuasin Regency Number 800/1434/ITDA/2020, regulations that are in line with the new normal order are also implemented. 2) The dimensions of the smooth implementation of routines in the Circular of the Head of the Government Inspectorate of the Musi Banyuasin Regency concerning the Warning and Full Vigilance of the Spread of Covid-19 in the Musi Banyuasin Regency, has been successfully implemented by the Musi Banyuasin Regional Inspectorate, who has understood the contents of the Circular and is able to carry out its contents and appeals by means of work with a picket system that has been scheduled weekly and still do not ignore health protocols during work. 3) Dimensions The achievement of the desired implementation and impact in the Circular of the Head of the Government Inspectorate of the Musi Banyuasin Regency concerning the Warning and Full Vigilance of the Spread of Covid-19 in the Musi Banyuasin Regency has been successfully achieved, because in its implementation it does not reduce the morale of the employees and does not reduce the performance of the employees. The Suggestion for this research is that employees must be able to coexist with the pandemic and quickly understand how to work in the new normal.
