ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN SISTEM INFORMASI GERAKAN TERPADU SERENTAK PLUS (SIGERTAK+) DI BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH (BAPPEDA) PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Indicators of the success of a region in poverty reduction on a macro basis can be measured through the percentage/level of poverty and the number of poor people whose data is officially released by the Central Statistics Agency every year. Referring to these data, the percentage of poor people in South Sumatra is still above the national average. Following up on this, the Province of South Sumatra through the Provincial Bappeda built a Poverty Reduction Information System, namely "SIGertak+" the Simultaneous Integrated Movement Information System based on South Sumatra Governor Regulation No. 35 of 2018. SIGertak+ is a web-based application, where this application refers to the Sumatran poverty reduction program South. SIGertak+ is managed by the Bappeda of South Sumatra Province and users of SIertak+ are Provincial and District/City Regional OPDs in South Sumatra. However, it is known that there are still obstacles in its use, therefore the question arises whether SIGertak+ has been managed properly by the Bappeda of South Sumatra Province. This study uses the theory of management functions from Terry, there are 4 aspects, namely planning, organizing, actuating, controlling. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, documentation and interviews. From the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that the management of SIGertak in the Bappeda of South Sumatra Province, known to be not good and not in accordance with the goals and objectives of the SIGertak+ application at first. Explanation of the aims and objectives of the SIGertak+ application at the outset.
