KUALITAS PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN SURAT RUJUKAN PASIEN BPJS DI PUSKESMAS MUARA KUANG KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This research is entitled Quality of Service for Making BPJS Patient Referral Letters at the Muara Kuang Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency. The background of this research is the service process of making BPJS Health patient referral letters at the Muara Kuang Health Center. Minister of Health Regulation No. 001 of 2012. The referral system is mandatory for patients who are participants in health insurance or social health insurance and health service providers. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of services for making BPJS patient referral letters at the Muara Kuang Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency. Muara Kuang sub-district is part of the Ogan Ilir district which was formed through Law Number 37 of 2003 as a result of the division of the Ogan Komering Ilir district. Muara Kuang health center is one of the technical implementations of the Ogan Ilir health ministry official. The Muara Kuang Health Center is a large agency in the Ministry of Health at the sub-district level. The quality of services provided by an agency must be felt by the community, easy services, completed on time and on target, and requirements that do not make it difficult for the community.
