This research aims to: (1) Evaluate the Implementation of Upsus Pajale Policy at the Rice Farmer Level of Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District of Banyuasin Regency, (2) Analyze the Impact of Upsus Pajale on food security in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, (3) Analyze the Impact of Upsus Pajale on the Welfare of Rice Farmers in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. Location selection is done purposively or intentionally. Data collection was conducted in November 2021. The research method used is the survey method. The sample withdrawal method used is a simple random sample method with a total of 30 farmers. The data used in this study consists of primary and skunder data. The results showed that (1) Evaluation of the Implementation of the Upsus Pajale program in Telang Sari Village of Tanjung Lago District of Banyuasin Regency in the distribution of assistance was carried out properly but there were some targets that were not achieved such as the assistance of agricultural machinery equipment provided only in the form of driving machines in the form of water pumps only in the implementation of the Gerakan Penerapan Pengelolaan Tanaman Terpadu (GPPTT) program has not been running in TelangSari Village and there is no increase in the area. rice plants when there is the help of the upsus pajale. 2). The with the help of the upsus pajale program to food both before the help of upsus pajale and the existence of upsus pajale assistance there is only a difference in availability indicators, namely the difference in rice crop productivity.Rice crop productivity has increased to 6-7ton/ ha which previously only 4-5ton / ha. While in the indicator of affordability and food benefit there is no difference both before and during the help of upsus pajale. 3) The impact of upsus pajale on the subjective welfare of rice farmers, namely: factors that have a significant effect on the welfare of rice farmers in Telang sari Village are Health, Work, Family and Friendship, Factors that have a significant effect on the health of farmers are income, land area, allocation of working time and farming experience, Factors that have a real effect on work are the allocation of work time, factors that have significant influence The number of families is age, allocation of working time, number of families and farming experience, and factors that significantly affect friendships are land area, allocation of working time and farming experience.
