This research explains the impact of African swine flu epidemic to the Tiongkok economic crisis 2019. This swine flu has been the first Tiongkok emergency priority in 2018-2019, because it was quickly able to bring Tiongkok great depression more than Hong Kong protestant phenomenon in the same time. This research is analized using economic policy theory and its national strategic sector, concept as its observation method. The potential consequences of the African Swine flu epidemic that hit the world especially Tiongkok in 2018 to reduce the impact of the swine flu epidemic butterfly effect, the Tiongkok government made several efforts including those focusing on 4 areas, namely: 1 .) export; 2.) imports; 3.) the agricultural sector, especially pigs; 4.) local pork distribution The result of the research indicate that there are some negative impacts caused by swine flu outbreaks in the micro and macro economic sector, in the efforts of the Chinese government to stop exports and prioritize the needs of pigs in their communities, the elimination of pigs to reduce the spread of swine flu further, removing the meat supply pigs that still exist, and limit the purchase of pork to every family in Tiongkok so that pork can be well distributed to all Chinese people.
