Ecolabel has become a new instrument and has been undertaken by several countries in the world. The aim itself is not only to provide a good image but also to create a good international trade cooperation and provide concern for protecting the environment. Ecolabel's birth of course also created NGOs related to Ecolabel, which is one of them GEN (Global Ecolabelling Network). GEN is a non-profit association of ecolabel organizations worldwide that was founded in 1994 to help protect the environment by enhancing, promoting and developing ecolabeling of green products and sustainable services. Indonesia is one of the countries that apply ecolabel and become a member country of GEN (Global Ecolabelling Network). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Indonesia joining the GEN (Global Ecolabelling Network) on the ecolabel program in Indonesia. and also to find out how successful the ecolabel program in Indonesia is running, be it on products in Indonesia or production technology owned by Indonesian companies. This study uses the theory of the effectiveness of the International Organization Regime from Arild Underdal, the research method used is descriptive qualitative in which the data collected is not in the form of numerical data but data from books, journals, official websites, official documents, personal documents, notes. or memos and other documents. This study shows that the effectiveness of GEN (Global Ecolabelling Nework) is considered to be in Mixed performance, which means that the effectiveness of GENs against the Ecolabel Program in Indonesia shows that the performance is effective and ineffective according to the Level of collaboration analysis of the international regime effectiveness theory from Arild Underdal. Keywords: Ecolabel, Ecolabel Indonesia, GEN (Global Ecolabelling Network)
