This study aims to find out and analyze how and what Indonesia's economic diplomacy strategy in the Asia Pacific Region through agriculture that is implemented in the South-South Cooperation scheme. The conceptual frameworks used are the main principles of the Indonesian South-South Cooperation concept adopted from the South-South Cooperation guidelines by the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation which are the main references in the implementation of South-South Cooperation. The data used by the writer in this study is secondary data obtained from literature studies related to the research theme in the form of books, articles, journals, written media, official documents, published or not directly published archives, to annual reports from organizations or ministries related. The results of the analysis show that the programs in South-South Cooperation implemented or provided by Indonesia for Timor Leste, Papua New Guinea, the Republic of Palau, Cambodia, and Fiji based on the principles of equal partnership (equality), mutual benefit, coordination of initiatives based on evidence and results, and development effectiveness can be Indonesia's strategies to establish or enhance diplomatic relations in the economic field with these countries through agriculture.
