STRATEGI GASTRODIPLOMASI KOREA SELATAN MELALUI KOREAN HALAL FOOD TAHUN 2015-2018
The presence of foreign Muslim tourist visits in South Korea which is quite stable and the increasing Muslim population every year has made Halal Food ogled and become a trend in the world. This ultimately makes The Government of South Korea want to make Halal Food as a new instrument in its country. This thesis analyzed how South Korea's gastrodiplomacy strategy by Korean Halal Food in 2015 - 2018. This reasearch saw The Korea’s Government has desire for increasingthe potention of Halal Food by using various gastrodiplomacy strategies so that Muslims in various countries believe in guarantees Halal in South Korea. This research used concept of Soft Power by Josept Nye (1990) and concept of gatrodiplomacy by Paul Rockwer (2011). The method was used descriptive qualitative by using datas from books, journal, official websites, official documents, personal documents, notes, and other documents. This research explained This research explained various gastrodiplomacy strategies which has done by Goverment of South Korea by using Halal Food in 2015-2018 including trough collaboration by using event, cooperating with international organization, using Leader Opinion, using media, and building facilities for Muslims in South Korea.
