This thesis entitled the Effectiveness of the Trade Expo Indonesia in spurring the performance of Indonesian exports, especially in non-oil and gas products in 2016-2019, was conducted to find out how effective teh Trade Expo Indonesia was in spurring non-oil and gas exports. Researchers used descriptive-evaluative research method with qualitative and quantitave data types. This thesis data collection method uses in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation. This study uses the theory of program effectiveness by Pasolong with 4 assesment indicators, namely the accuray of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and evaluation & monitoring of program results and uses the theory of Commercial Diplomacy by Nazirwan Hafiz with the Commercial Diplomacy Effectiveness assessment model by Shirin Reuvers. The result of this study inidicate that in program and commercial diplomacy, The Trade Expo Indonesia has been very effective and has exceeded several dimensions and indicators, but the Trade Expo Indonesia is still not effective enough in spurring the performance of Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports.
