ANALISIS RESOLUSI KONFLIK INDIA-TIONGKOK DI DOKLAM
The protracted conflict between the Chinese and Indian militaries shows that there is nothing for the two countries to solve the problem. The phenomenon that occurs in the Doklam plateau is a phenomenon that deserves further study. The beginning of the conflict was in June 2017 when it was Doka La which became the site of a dispute between the Indian and Chinese armies. Chinese efforts to extend the road from Yadong further south in the Doklam plateau. The conflict that occurred between the borders of the two countries, namely China and Bhutan, involved India which actually did not have a claim to Doklam but the goal of the country was to support Bhutan's claim to the area. Based on realism theory that the conflict involved two countries in Asia which have the most populous population in the world and are nuclear-armed in Asia. Territories and borders are an important part of the modern sovereign State and the State's international relations. Historically, the problem of state borders is the cause of wars and agreements between countries. The border conflict between China and India that occurs has a relationship with the assumption of realism and also evidence that there is a realist assumption that the international system is anarchic so that it is very possible for war to occur. The role of territoriality is very important in modern international relations, which includes two fundamental components. The results of this study indicate that there are conflict resolution efforts made by both parties to the dispute, namely agreeing on the Expeditious Disengangement policy or withdrawing their respective military forces from the conflict area, and trying to accept and acknowledge each other's existence. In order to achieve a political negotiation process in order to maintain peaceful and stable relations between China and India.
