This research aimed to find out the effect of organic fertilizer from catfish, trash fish, and fish powder with the addition of bioactivator as alternative nutrition to caisim (Brassica juncea L.) cultivation in hydroponic system. This research was conducted in the Hydroponic House of Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir from June to September 2021. The research used Randomized Block Design (RBD) with five treatments and six replications. The five treatments were T1 : Catfish + trash fish + fish powder + EM4 (aerobically fermented); T2 : Catfish + trash fish + fish powder + Biofitalik + Trichoderma (aerobically fermented); T3 : Catfish + trash fish + fish powder + EM4 (anaerobically fermented); T4 : Catfish + trash fish + fish powder + Biofitalik + Trichoderma (anaerobically fermented); T5 : AB mix 100%. The observed variables were the plant height, the number of leaves, the greenish level of leaves, the fresh weight of shoot, the dry weight of shoot, the length of root, the fresh weight of root, and the dry weight of root. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by an orthogonal contrast test. The result showed that organic fertilizer which anaerobically fermented had the highest nutrient of N, P, and Ca. Organic fertilizer which aerobically fermented had the highest nutrient of K and Fe. The application of organic fertilizer had a very significant effect on all observed variables, except for the plant height variable which had no significant effect. Plant nutrients from aerobically fermented organic fertilizer resulted in better plant growth compared to anaerobically fermented. Organic fertilizer with the addition of Biofitalik and Trichoderma bioactivators gave better crop yields than the addition of EM4 bioactivator.
