ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN ABSENSI BERDASARKAN SISTEM TAPING DI PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) REFINERY UNIT III PLAJU PALEMBANG
ABSTRACT This research is motivated by attendance based on the inefficient taping system because one person's ID Card can also be used by other employees for access in and out. So it is vulnerable to "absent care" among employees. Meanwhile, ID Card is very important because there is data on our identity and sense of responsibility that we have. The purpose of this study was to see the use of attendance based on the taping system at PT Pertamina RU III Plaju Palembang. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used include interviews, documentation and literature study. This research uses management theory according to Sondang P Siagian with 5 aspen as benchmarks, namely planning, organizing, moving, controlling, and assessing. The results showed that attendance based on the taping system at PT Pertamina RU III Plaju, attendance based on the taping system was not optimal and its use was not well managed. The planning is not right on target because the access in and out between guests and employees joins as well as with the taping tool. Then the organization and movement of the grouping of workers, namely permanent workers and contract workers, the rules for the number of workers, colors, bonuses, rewards, and overtime count are different. Then there are 2 ways of monitoring, namely directly and indirectly. Next the assessment is carried out and seen from the hours of work and hours of overtime. The hope is for PT Pertamina (Persero) RU III Plaju so that the access in and out and the taping tool is separate so that the data obtained does not become one unit, and also the ID Card is rearranged so that it can only be used individually Keywords: Attendance, Taping System, Employees, Contractors, Planning, Organizing, Mobilizing, Control, Assessment.
