Berbak Sembilang National Park is a coastal area which dominated by mangrove ecosystems to maintain the sustainable fish resources. The aim of this research was conducted to analyze the diversity and length weight relationship. This research was implemented on October 2020. The data obtained in this survey were determined by local fishermen. This research used length and weight of fish per individual data. The composition of fish amount 536 individuals and the composition of the weight was 23.08 kg. The result of identification obtained 8 orders, 20 families, 27 species and the most dominating marine origin is Kurtus indicus and brackish origin is Opisthapterus tardoore. The growth pattern obtained that 14 species dominated by a negative allometric while Pseudorhombus arsius and Coilia dussumieri have a positive alloetric growth pattern. The highest catch presentation of the relative abundance was Kurtus indicu 21%. The average value moderate diversity index (H'=1,7), moderate eveness index (E'=0,5), and low dominance index (C=0,2) indicated that fish resources in Berbak Sembilang National Park on Transitional Season II were stable.
