PERBANDINGAN METODE EVALUATION BASED ON DISTANCE FROM AVERAGE SOLUTION (EDAS) DAN ADDITIVE RATIO ASSESSMENT (ARAS) DALAM PEMILIHAN RUMAH SAKIT BERSALIN DI KOTA DKI JAKARTA
This study is useful in providing assistance in making decisions for hospital selection using the Evaluation Based On Distance From Average Solution (EDAS) and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) methods. Previously, people were hesitant and confused in determining which maternity hospital would suit their needs. So it takes a long time to select hospital data from one another. To shorten the time to find out, this decision-making system was built. Based on the test results in measuring the level of user satisfaction as measured by the technology acceptance model (TAM) method for the benefits of technology (Percieved Usefullness) EDAS of 85.00%, ease of use of technology (Percieved Ease of Use) EDAS of 82.15% means strongly agree in using the system in using the EDAS method. As for the benefits of technology (Percieved Usefullness) ARAS of 84.90%, the ease of use of technology (Percieved Ease of Use) ARAS of 82.42% means that they strongly agree in using the system in using the ARAS method.
