EVALUASI PERATURAN DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI KANTOR CAMAT SEBERANG ULU II PALEMBANG
The title of this research is "Evaluation of Discipline of Civil Servants in the Office of the Sub-District of Seberang Ulu II Palembang". The purpose of this study was to determine the enforcement of discipline rules of Civil Servants in the Office of the Seberang Ulu II Sub-District of Palembang City. This research has a background that still many Civil Servants in the environment of the Camat Subdistrict Office of Seberang Ulu II Palembang who have not been maximal in carrying out their obligations as Civil Servants. The type of research used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques carried out were by Library Research and Field Research in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and data on-line tracking. This study researchers have conducted unstructured interviews. This study uses Bridgman & Davies's policy evaluation theory which includes 4 variables, input, output, process, and outcome. The results of this study show that in each dimension of input, process, output and outcome there are still many problems such as still found civil servants who have not implemented disciplinary rules, lack of supporting facilities to enforce discipline rules, lack of awareness of implementing disciplinary rules, which has an impact on the level of satisfaction of service recipient communities. Should be enfored compulsorily to using fingerprint attendance machines or electronic attendance machines, giving more attention from leaders in giving direction and reprimand as well as increasing awareness and sense of responsibility, not discriminating between recipient communities, and using queue numbers to simplify the administration of process services
