This research is entitled Evaluation of Archives Digitalization Activities at Archive Office of South Sumatra Province. The digitization activity of archives at the Archive Office of South Sumatra Province, which was still conventional, has now implemented digital archives. The activity of digitizing archives is very important for organizations because it can support every activity carried out by the organization. This study aims to determine the implementation of archive digitization activities at the Archive Office of South Sumatra Province, as well as identify the obstacles faced in implementing archive digitization activities at the Archive Office of South Sumatra Province. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The technique used by the writer to collect data by observation, interviews with 4 (four) informants, literature review and documentation. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. After conducting the research, it can be seen that the Evaluation of Archives Digitalization Activities at the Archive Office of South Sumatra Province in the implementation of archive digitization activities has not been carried out properly, there are still many shortcomings and obstacles in the process of implementing archive digitization.
