ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PROGRAM BANTUAN JARING PENGAMAN SOSIAL PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KELURAHAN MAYANG MANGURAI KOTA JAMBI
This research is entitled Analysis of Community Satisfaction Levels in the Social Safety Net Assistance Program During the Covid-19 Pandemic In Mayang Mangurai Village, Jambi City. This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction in the Social Safety Net Assistance Program in Mayang Mangurai Village, Jambi City. This research is based on the data obtained that Mayang Mangurai Village gets the highest percentage of the population working as laborers, which is 3% compared to other villages in Alam Barajo District. This relates to the ten types of work that are most affected by layoffs due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia which directly affect people's income in the Mayang Mangurai Village. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with descriptive method. Data was collected using questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. This study uses the theory of the Institute of Public Administration (LAN, 2003) in Dr. Hardiyansyah, M.Si. (2018:66) regarding the criteria for good public services in assessing community satisfaction in a program. The results of this study indicate the level of satisfaction with a presentation of 60% with a score of 223 which is included in the less satisfied category. The results of the study indicate that there is no clarity and certainty of information about the program, there is no disclosure of information and authorized officers, the budget does not match the basic food items received, there is injustice in the distribution process, the assistance is given only once and not in stages, there is inappropriate assistance. targets, inefficient staff capabilities and untimely distribution schedules. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends that there is a need to hold detailed and continuous socialization about social assistance to the community from the RT and Kelurahan Mayang Mangurai as well as correcting and checking first (updating) the data on the recipients of basic food social assistance.
