Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 3 replications was in this research. There were palm pressed fiber without amoniation (control), palm pressed fiber + 4% urea (RI), multilevel amoniation palm pressed fiber (R2). The parameters observed were microbial population such as amilolytic bacteria, cellulolytic, and preteolytic bacteria. The results showed that the treatment by multilevel amoniation had no significantly different to rumen microbial population. But, total population proteolytic bacteria of palm fiber amoniation multilevel is higher than amilolytic bacteria and cellulolytic bacteria population is 4,3 x 106 cfu.
