This study aims to :1) Studying and analyzing the different farming risks experienced by rubber farmers in the cultivation and protected areas of Batu Cat Village, Rawas Ilir District, North Musi Rawas Regency. 2) Identify and analyze economic and non-economic risk factors such as monthly fluctuations in rubber prices, production cost, long dry season, and the distance of land location to the income of rubber farmers in the cultivation and protected areas of Batu Cat Village, Rawas Ilir District, Musi Rawas Utara Regency. The method used is a survey method. The sample farmer sample used purposive sampling method with a sample size of 35 farmers with 25 samples of rubber farmers in cultivation areas and 15 samples of rubber farmers in protected areas. The data collection method used is primary data and secondary data. From the results of the study, the influence of economic and non-economic risk factors on the income of rubber farmers in the cultivation and protected areas, namely: price fluctuations have a negative and insignificant effect, the saprosi price has a negative and significant effect, the distance of land location has a negative and significant effect, and income farmers who own land in cultivated areas are greater than the income of farmers who own land in protected areas
