PERFORMA AYAM ARAB YANG DI SUPLEMENTASI DENGAN KULTUR BAKTERI ASAM LAKTAT
This research was conducted from February 05^ to March 1801, 2007 at Balai Pembibitan Ternak Unggul Sapi Dwiguna dan Ayam Sembawa, Sumatera Selatan. with itA completely Randomized design was used in this research. treatments P0 (0% lactid acid bacteria), P1 (0,4% lactid acid bacteria), P2 (0,5% lactid acid bacteria), P3 (0,6% lactid acid bacteria). Each treatments was replicated five times. The parameters were feed consumption, egg weight and egg production. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. The research showed that supplementation of lactid acid bacteria on drinking water has no significantly effect (P>0,05) feed consumption, egg weight and egg production. It was concluded that lactid acid bacteria supplementation can’t improve the performance of Arabian chicken
