Traffic accidents often occur in big cities, one of which is in the city of Palembang. Traffic accidents occur unexpectedly involving vehicles or road users, this will cause the victim to suffer injuries and property loss. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of traffic accident vulnerability in some roads in Palembang City, to determine the factors causing accidents and the level of traffic accident vulnerability and to determine the fatality of traffic accident victims. This study uses a weighted tiered rating research method to determine the level of accident susceptibility. Researchers also conducted in-depth interviews to determine the factors causing traffic accidents in the city of Palembang. The results of this study are in the form of a map of the level of traffic accident vulnerability based on the fatality of accident victims on some roads in Palembang City. The geometric factor of the road is a factor that greatly influences the level of traffic accident vulnerability. Jalan Ki Marogan is included in the category of very vulnerable roads because it has a high rating. Jalan Ki Marogran is a commercial area that has a market in some sections of the road and does not have standard signs and road markings. Road sections with a high level of vulnerability have a high traffic accident fatality and vice versa.
