PENGARUH PENURUNAN SALINITAS SECARA BERTAHAP TERHADAP TINGKAT KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DAN LAJU PERTUMBUHAN BENIH IKAN KAKAP MERAH (LUTJANUS JOHNII)
Red snapper has the opportunity to be cultivated in low salinity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of a gradual salinity decrease on the survival rate and growth of red snapper seeds (Lutjanus johnii) fry. This research was conducted at BBPBL Lampung.This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely Control (32-34 ppt), A (Decrease in salinity 1 ppt/days), B (Decrease in salinity 1.5 ppt/days), and C (Decrease in salinity 2 ppt/days). The results of absolute weight, absolute length and the highest and lowest survival were respectively found in the treatment A and treatment C with values of 1,77 grams, 1,78 cm, 96,67%, and 0.87 grams, 1.2 cm, 0%. .
