Improving the quality of life of the elderly in order to remain productive and useful for the family and society by providing opportunities to play a role in family life, one of which is through the Elderly Family Development program. The purpose of this study was to assess the results of the evaluation of the Elderly Family Development policy in Palembang City. This study uses a theoretical framework from the evaluation model developed by Bridgman and Davis. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are documentation, observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model according to Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the overall evaluation in the implementation of the Elderly Family Development policy in Palembang City has not been going well because it has not achieved the expected success, where there are still obstacles in achieving a goal which can be seen in the indicators of input, process, outputs, and outcomes. have a relationship with one another. The obstacles faced by this policy program are the lack of personnel in the field in fostering the Elderly Family Development activity group, insufficient equipment for the development activities carried out and the source of funds generated for the development of Elderly Family Development activities.
